Are there any stamps on the lowers? Hard to say but looks like a mixture of Polish and Russian wood

That arsenal mark last time I checked was unknown . And wouldn't be an arsenal refurb mark, more like an arsenal production mark since it has never been installed.

It's all russian just bad pics. I've had that stamp on many akm sets
