Is the 203 the same as an AK-12?

From what I can gather, it's essentially a 103 with KC's modernization kit. Enhanced controls, ergo pistol grip, hinged pic dust cover, quad rail handguard and adjustable stock

Maybe someone in the states will start making the 200 series RSB and dust cover because they are impossible to get.
