Manufactured in 2005 by S.P.M. Liberec but never issued in the GWOT. Includes many non-removable pouches, a few molle-compatible loops, elastic loops for cable management (I presume), and can be adjusted to fit larger frames and possibly over body armor. The magazine pouches will accommodate 2 30-rd AKM pattern magazines (or smaller) each -- note they will not close properly over polymer AKM magazines.
There are no internal pockets, and the "100 polyester" shell material is fairly stiff.

Originally used by members of the Czech Army special forces and is primarily used for repelling and rope attachments to the body.
Fastening at the front with a YKK zipper, which is further covered with a fabric with Velcro fasteners and two looping eyes with Velcro fasteners, to prevent unwanted opening.
There are 11 non-removable pouches on the vest:
- Uton (Mikov) knife pouch
- Two side horizontal universal pouches (18cm x 9cm, originally intended for bandages)
- Two lower vertical pouches, for two Sa58 magazines, with Velcro closure and plastic buckles
- Two small pouches with Velcro closure and plastic buckles
- Two pouches with Velcro closure for storing rappel straps
- Upper chest pocket with YKK zipper (16cm x 9cm, originally intended for a disinfectant)
- Pouch in the main zipper overlay, equipped with a Velcro closure (15cm x 4.5cm, originally intended for an autoinjector)
- The lower part of the vest is equipped with hook-and-loop fasteners for attachment of the MNS-2000 tactical belt.

- 1 utility tool pouch
- 1 general purpose zippered pouch
- 2 general purpose horizontal hook-and-loop pouches
- 2 magazine pouches (non-removable internal dividers; will accommodate 2 steel AKM mags or smaller, each)
- 2 "tennis ball" pouches
- 2 leg strap storage pouches (leg straps could be cut out and these pouches used to hold stuff. they are oriented upside down and also roughly tennis ball-sized

- 6 length-adjustable load-bearing straps for holding a Czech tactical belt. The hook-and-loop attachment points would be difficult to modify for another belt, but can be removed altogether and the length-adjustable straps repurposed.
