There are two ways forward, depending on where the buyer lives. If the buyer is in your state, you will submit a paper Form 4 of seller to buyer transfer (buyer can be individual, trust, or corporation). Last I heard, Eforms does not support filing eform4s for non SOTs. If the buyer lives out of your state of residence, you MUST file a Form 4 to transfer it to the buyer's SOT in their state of residence. The buyer will then get with their SOT to file the Form 4 to transfer from their SOT to the buyer. In either case, you will hold onto the firearm until the Form4 is approved, then you will give it to the buyer or ship it to the buyer's SOT.
