I'm looking for anything used before I buy new, and I could use some advice as well. I am 100% going with a Primary Arms optic with the HUD DMR .308 reticle, and I'm probably going with the Gen II 3x-18x, but I'm stuck on which mount to choose. I'm between the LaRue LT204 and American Defense Manufacturing Recon 30mm mount. I like the looks of the ADM a lot better, and I've heard some things about the LaRue like how it can mar rails and that their customer service is terrible. They're priced almost equally where I'm looking. I'm not crazy about the fact that they're both QD, but I think it'll be cool to check out and try. If anybody has any input on either mount, it would be greatly appreciated. I'm looking for an affordable, durable, zero cant* 30mm mount that will hold zero and work well on a semi-auto .308 that won't damage the scope or gun.
*I was also wondering about cant. I'll typically be shooting this at sub 200yds, but I want a gun and optic setup out to 1000yds. I'm pretty sure with this reticle I don't need cant, though
If you have the optic in question, or either of those mounts, and you're looking to sell, shoot me an offer. I have CashApp and PayPal
