Comes with functional illuminator bulb but my batteries are old and weak so I only got maybe 2 minutes of light out of it before they kicked the bucket. It's been converted with a spacer puck to fit LR44 button batteries, but will also run on original batteries from kalinka with the spacer removed so it is 100% reversible mod. Included is the SVD style bracket, original rubber lens cover, Soft carrying case and eyecup. Glass is clean with no cracks or fogging. Was fun and accurate on my 74 but I'm selling all my neat stuff to fund this build so I can try to break even.
