It has rifle/pistol mag pouches and other various sized pouches up front and has handcuff pouches on the back. Has an internal cummerbund along with side straps for adjustments and is size Large. No holes, rips or tears on it. Soft Armor up front is LV2A. Back plate does not have a name tag but compared to my concealable LV2 vest, looks the same as those plates. They are interchangeable.
