I'm going to be doing the full conversion on my Saiga 223 to a fixed stock AK101. The magwell is AKM spec, so Galil mags fit well. It was set up for the Galil mags already with the CSS feed ramp. I've seen people doing them with Galil or other 223 mags. I've even looked into the poly AK19 copy mags. From what I understand, the option for combloc 223 mags involves modification to the trunnion and magwell or modifying the mags. Galil mags are plug and play.
