There are handed out to my friend's unit not stolen from storage if thats what you mean. That's why the manufacture dates aren't from this year. They don't stock close dated MREs in their warehouses so they hand them out. We ship things legally back and fourth all the time. Regular postage service. Gun parts, furniture, etc. are legal too.
