Price Check Price check/ID on 90 Degree AK-74 CL gas block

Details

I don't recognize this factory marking. I believe it's Bulgarian or Izzy but the finish seems wrong for izzy and they would normally chrome line both inner surfaces. Guy who gave it to me said it's Russian but his word is about as good as month-old milk. It doesn't have any flats machined into the top of the gas port
