Up for sale is a semi auto striker fired PPSh41. The rifle is chambered in 9mm and has a custom 10/16" barrel meaning there is 10" of rifling and 16" overall to keep minimize strain to the recoil system. The barrel chamber is about 3/16" further rearward to assist in feeding the shorter 9mm cartridge as well. The gun functions flawlessly on all 9mm luger ammo I have shot out of it. The rifle is built of a matching Molot manufactured Russian parts kit and has the Molot Russian crest and the year of original manufacture 1944.
The gun was hot salt blued, and then distressed to give it the "been there done there", "BFPU" look. All necessary F/A denials were employed during the build to ensure this will never accept full auto components.
Comes with a nice Russian sling (Not polish), and NO MAGAZINES. I suggest finding the flat sided stick mags for ergonomics. The "ribbed" mags are tight in the gun but can be fitted to the gun. The Ribbed M49/57 or PPSh41 mags typically have not been fit to a specific rifle. This was a common problem during WW2 where there would be a pile of magazines and the Russian soldiers would try magazines until they found some that fit.
This is a duplicate in my collection, and I'm sad to see it go, but I have some major shop expenses to pay for.
Price is shipped if your FFL accepts from an individual. (I ship using the "Ship My Gun" service)
Any questions send me a message!
