Is it a nick in it towards the bottom in the first 2 pictures or is that dirt? Is the 3rd from the top available too?

Very very small nick you're right, it's barely visible with naked eye. Third from the top is available as well. Most of my client just want a nice fatty, therefore you can pick between.
