Gun Talk My experience with Rust bluing

I bought 8 old sxs barrels from a guy a while back to learn rust blueing. I hope mine come out half as nice as yours.

Maan it's sooo forgiving and make sure that you have gloves on and do as many coats as possible and I did 12 total to get a dark finish and when you soak it in oil let it sit overnight you will get a hase of blue it looks amazing and my is glossy because of 320 grit sandpaper. All I did was follow this guy's process put with a lot more passes. Let me get a video link for you, first one is my finished and second one is the process and do follow it. This would be the only method I would use from now on.

From now on im not letting nobody touch it, i will be finishing it my self 100% at least I know this M70 is going to be perfect because I'm making sure of it. Maaan it's so beautiful to look at that rust bluing and I'm huge fan of it now.
