Sold Finnish captured Mosin Nagant M38 carbine

Looking for a face to face transaction in NW or Central Ohio, ideally.

Russian M38 carbine made in 1941 at the factory in Izhevsk, subsequently captured by Finland and likely put into service against the Red Army. Has the Finnish "D" mark on the barrel and the stock has the typical Finnish finish. All original Russian matching, except for bolt. No import marks. Very uncommon example.

Bore is good and the headspace checks out nicely. Front sling slot shows some wear from this rifle being carried for many miles! Neat piece of history.

While I don't consider this one a "shooter" I wouldn't hesitate to take it to the range and enjoy it once in a while.
