I have eight brand new in wrapper Bulgarian Circle 21 5.45x39 30-round magazines. The "Made in Bulgaria" sticker is intact on all the mags and in brand new condition save for some oil stains from the factory oil in the bags.

You can put some 5.56 conversion followers in these and they'll work great in your SAM5 or SLR106
