How sharp are they? I just bought a souvenir version of these. Kinda curious how much difference there is.

Not sure exactly. Still learning about them. Apparently the Souvenir versions are weaker blades than real ones. Mine has an edge, but I can feel that it would be brittle with hard use. Not sure if yours feel more sturdy, etc.
