I believe this is a Taiwanese copy of a Bulgarian. The weld marks and everything are absolutely identical except this stock is parkerized. It looks more gray in person than the pics indicate, just FYI.
The pouch is not a Rifle Dynamics but I don't think you could tell the difference.
