Romanian “G” Garda AKM pattern rifle. This is a 1984 example and is numbers matching. The rifle originally came in as a parts kit and was built shortly after the end of the AWB. The rivets were terrible and the receiver was bent badly to the right. In typical AK fashion it still ran flawlessly. I rebuilt it on an Recreator 80 percent with the proper Romanian markings. Unfortunately the original builder had sandblasted all the parts and then painted them with something that started to flake the second you even looked at a can of brake clean. As such it has been re-Parkerized. I believe these later years were parked rather than blued. I briefly considered redoing the wood but then thought better of it. In any case a very nice shooter. Comes with one Com-Bloc 30 round magazine and original bayonet. FCG is Tapco G2. Please feel free to ask any questions. 1200 OBO.
I can do USPS MO, or CC over the phone. I am an FFL/SOT if that matters at all. Thanks.
I apologize for the washed out images. The timestamp pic under a natural light is more what the finish actually looks like even under sunlight. Photography was never my thing.
