Just updating this thread, I have sent the funds for the RK-3 a little bit ago.

Buyer Beware: Just updating again, the "Zenitco" grip I bought is actually an airsoft grip and the seller made no mention of this.

The seller has resolved this issue.

yes but I don't have the piece that goes inside the receiver just the bolt and washer. thats how they come
