Croatian AK74 mags. In 1991 East Germany gave the Croatians a limited number of MPI-AKS-74N rifles. They received some East German bakes with them, but their bright color and limited supply motivated the Croatians to establish domestic manufacturing of steel 5.45 mags to use in these rifles as well. As you can see, mags were serialized to the rifle, with serials stamped on the bottom right side of the mag body. The paint is reminiscent of Egyptian and isn't very durable, but that's expected for wartime production. These mags are used and almost certainly saw action during the war considering that 545 rifles were primarily used by high end spec ops type units. These mags are very rare in the US.
