There are only so many ways to design something as simple as a cheek riser. It's a concept as old as guns are.

It looks like your design also takes elements from the polish one, utilizing the rear sling point as an attachment method. There's not a lot of design decisions to make in this sort of attachment.

I love blatant copies of other people's stuff and then deny it all day. "So many ways to do a cheek riser" that doesn't look exactly like a PodArms one too but you've had a "prototype" going. I mean did you have to copy even the shape to a T? Couldn't at least put sharp corners like the original knock off design you made?

I also gotta a question on why is it that everyone of you home printers always claim you were prototyping something AFTER PodArms makes it and releases pics? Like y'all did that with the followers too. Seems everyone forgot the premium we paid for robarm followers that didn't really work either until PodArms released his.
